Before your session
What you are agreeing to
None of this should be a surprise on the day. Read it before you book. There is nothing to fill in here and nothing is submitted through this website.
What this is
A cosmetic service. It is not a dental procedure, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed dentist. Cosmetic whitening is not covered by dental insurance and is paid for by you.
What to expect
Results vary with your starting shade and the kind of staining, and no number of shades is guaranteed. Whitening lifts stain from natural enamel only, so crowns, veneers, bridges, and fillings keep their original colour. Temporary sensitivity or gum irritation can happen and usually settles within 48 hours. How long the result holds depends on the aftercare, especially in the first two days.
Who should not book
You need to be 16 or older, and under 18 needs a parent or guardian present and consenting. Whitening is not suitable while pregnant or nursing, or with active gum disease, untreated decay, open sores, or recent oral surgery. If you are unsure, check with your dentist first.
Photos
We take a shade photo before and after for your own record. Using those photos on our website or social media is separate, optional, and never done without your written permission.
Health history and consent form
Read it in advance if you prefer. You still sign a printed copy in person on the day.
The file above is a placeholder while the final signed version is prepared. Replace it at public/docs/consent-form.pdf.
